4. With constant pressure, carefully insert the tip of the vial into the rectum so that it is directed to the navel.

5. Compress the bottle until all its contents go to the intestine. Stop the injection if any resistance is felt. Forced entry can cause harm!

6. Carefully remove the tip from the rectum. Possible leakage of some liquid from the vial.

7. Remain in the same position until there is a feeling of a strong desire to empty the intestine (usually it occurs within 2-5 minutes).

8. After use, put the vial back in the carton for disposal.
